non-profit
organizations, specializing in Leadership and Board Development,
Strategic Planning, Intergenerational Philanthropy, Corporate
Relationships, and Annual, Capital and Endowment Campaigns. He is the
Development Chair for the Hillels of Broward and Palm Beach Counties
and a Board member of the Florida State Hillel Council. As the
Associate Executive Vice President for Financial Resource Development
of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, he established a new program of
Total Financial Resource Development. He has attained the status of
"Fellow" of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), the
highest level of professional achievement in healthcare resource
development and served as Treasurer and Board member of AHP. Steve Rose
has made presentations to professional conferences and organization
boards throughout the United States focusing on Capital and Endowment
Fund Development, Foundation Management and Investments, Major Gifts
Campaign, Intergenerational Philanthropy, and "Women and
Money."
