Dr. Pohlman is a Professor and Dean Emeritus of the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University—the largest independent institution of higher education in the State of Florida and among the top six largest independent institutions nationally. Dr. Pohlman is an active presence in the South Florida community and served as a Trustee and Member of the Board of Governors for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. He served as a member of the 2004 GMCC Cutting Edge Award Committee, and was Chief Judge for the 2002, 2003, and 2005 GMCC Cutting Edge Awards. Dr. Pohlman was on the Board of Governors and served as a Trustee for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Dr. Pohlman served on the Board of Directors as Lead Director and was Chairman of the Audit Committee for Clark Consulting (CLK/NYSE).
