Mr.
Malahias has extensive executive management experience
in the Finance and Pharmaceutical industries, including 11 years with
KPMG and
CFO positions at Circa Pharmaceuticals and Andrx Corporation (now a
wholly
owned subsidiary of Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc.), where he also served
as
President. Among other credentials, Mr. Malahias is a Certified Public
Accountant
and qualified as an Audit Committee Financial Expert as defined by
Sarbanes-Oxley
Section 407. He is currently a Principal of DACKS, Inc. and a Board
member at Eurand
