Cellular and wire line services, enhanced messaging, network security and value-added broadband services such as VoIP, IPTV and video conferencing.

SPSS forged an agreement with Lucent Technologies to create a packaged enhanced services reporting solution for the Octel Messaging platform. Vento developed a customized set of messaging-oriented KPIs along with the extraction, transformation and loading processes needed to populate a data mart with data from Lucent’s Data Collection System. The completed application—including the Vento client application—was offered worldwide through the Lucent sales force and installed at numerous locations throughout the Americas and EMEA regions.

Banking, credit and debit card transaction processing.

Vento Software forged an agreement with ACI Worldwide to create a packaged data warehouse application based on the data generated by its electronic payment systems. Vento developed a customized set of KPIs for tracking client transactions and analyzing purchasing patterns and operational efficiencies. The completed application—including the Vento client application—was offered worldwide through the ACI sales force and installed at numerous locations in Latin America and the United States.
